Musical Theatre Dance fit is a new energetic class which combines aerobic training and body toning, all whilst learning moves to your favourite Musical Theatre songs. All abilities are welcome, so dust off your dancing shoes and get ready to move There will be six sessions which will be charged at £30.00 for the block: Tuesday 7th January Tuesday 14th January Tuesday 21st January Tuesday 28th January Tuesday 4th February Tuesday 11th February Sessions will be at 7.00-7.45pm in Studio One.
