Can parents wait in the building or come into classes?

We have a limited number of seats available for parents to wait inside the building, but due to the current Covid situation, we encourage parents to leave their children whilst attending sessions. 

It is quite alright for parents of new starters to accompany them into the class as a reassuring measure, but we do encourage parents to stop this after the first couple of weeks.

My child has specific needs and I want to make sure they are well looked after during their session. What can I do?

We will always do our best to accommodate every child and their needs. It is important that we open a dialogue straight away, before they begin classes, so please do get in touch with us. The more we know the easier it is.

Do I have to pay by direct debit? Can I pay another way?

Unfortunately not. We can only accept payments through our online direct debit system. All information regarding setting up your account will be sent out in your welcome email.

Do I need a uniform straight away?

No. We always encourage parents to buy the uniform after a couple of weeks to make sure new starters are settled in. There's no point shelling out unnecessary money if they decide it's not for them.
